Breastfeeding positions, proper latch, bottle introduction, pumping routines…it all starts to add up. The challenges and demands of feeding your baby are not talked about enough. I am here to assist and help you navigate this arena.

Labor and delivery is an absolute journey for the body and mind. Both must recuperate and rebuild after what you just traveled through. Self-care can look a bit different during this season of life. I will help carry the load and make sure you, the mother, are being mothered.

Meal prep, laundry, light cleaning, sibling adjustment…life must go on after the arrival of baby. I am that extra helping hand.

When your unique needs require more than my scope of practice, I will do all I can to find you the necessary support.
